Release 0.9.3 - AppImage

After the long time 'game dev being on pause' I am still taking an extra time to organise build system and overall deployment infrastructure. New version 0.9.3 introduces:
- come back of AppImage Linux version - would be great if someone could test it, unfortunately I ran out of Linux boxes ATM,
- Windows ZIP version - for someone who does not really want to play with installer.
